1. About Faithful Hands

Faithful Hands Corp. provides information about non-clinical home support, caregiver opportunities, professional referrals, planned care-home pathways, and related services. Service scope, licensing, eligibility, availability, staffing, and location are confirmed separately and may change.

2. Informational use only

Website content is general information, not medical, nursing, legal, financial, employment, or emergency advice. Nothing on the website creates a clinician-patient relationship, guarantees a service, job, placement, referral acceptance, care-home opening, or outcome, or replaces advice from a qualified professional.

3. Emergencies

Do not use this website for an emergency. Contact 911 in the United States or the appropriate local emergency service where the person is located.

4. Enquiries, referrals, and applications

Submitting a form authorizes Faithful Hands to review and respond to the information for the stated purpose. It does not create a care agreement, employment relationship, reservation, partnership, or obligation to proceed. You must provide accurate information, have authority to share information about another person, and avoid unnecessary medical, identity, payment, or confidential records in public forms.

5. Accounts and secure portals

If you receive portal credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential, using your own authorized account, and notifying us of suspected misuse. You may not share credentials, bypass access controls, scrape protected information, test vulnerabilities without written authorization, or access records outside your assigned role. Additional portal, employment, client, or service terms may apply and control if they conflict with these public-site Terms.

6. Acceptable use
